Stay Information

• All room prices apply for stays of at least one month.
• Contracts can be made for stays between 3 and 6 months.

Fees & Deposit

• A one-time fee of 45 € for cleaning, key handover, and administration (including contract preparation) is charged for stays of one month or longer.
• A deposit of three months’ rent is required for contracts of six months or longer and must be paid at the time of signing. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided everything is returned in proper condition.
• For shorter stays, the deposit is reduced proportionally.
