Casa Sereia is an authentic Canarian house, originally built by fishermen in Puerto de Mogan’s old town with beautiful view over the harbour, village and the sea. It is renovated in a unique manner, creatively and colorfully while keeping its original character.
To name the house after a living being seemed natural as it has character and a soul. Sereia – Portuguese for mermaid – is associated with connectedness to the sea, beauty and fantasy. These are all elements of its nature, part of its story.
The house is well maintained, cleaned weekly, well suitable as a temporary home.
