Bienvenidos 🌺 The house is open to guests from all over the world who are looking for a temporary home.
Longterm rentals are welcome. We are happy to host singles and couples, families, digital nomads, creative minds.
You can rent the entire three-bedroom apartment for up to six people or book an individual room in the shared house. Each room has a comfortable workspace, free WiFi and its own fan. With inspiring sea views and a calm, sunny setting, it’s the perfect spot to work, relax and enjoy the beauty of Puerto de Mogán. I personally love to listen to the sound of the sea here.
All guests have access to a sunny roof terrace and a little garden space equipped with chairs, table to sit, work and eat and sunbeds to relax. In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a proper bathroom. We provide towels and clean bed sheets.
The house is well maintained and has local personal contacts in case of questions or problems. Beach, harbour, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, a gym and a famous point for sunset are within a few minutes walking distance.
The house resides in a historic fishing village built into the hillside, accessible via stairs within a few minutes. This elavated position rewards you with beautiful views of the sea, the beach and the harbour and takes you away from any traffic noise.
I have spent many months in this house with my family, and we shaped it into a place where we truly feel at home. After many travels around the world and longer stays on Gran Canaria, I am back in Berlin now, my hometown in Germany and continue to care deeply about this house, always in contact if needed.
A friendly and reliable local team supports our guests and tenants on-site – from key handover to cleaning and help whenever needed. With many years of experience in renting accommodation, it is our personal ambition to offer a place where tenants feel comfortable and welcome.
