Rental agreements
You can book a long-term stay of one month or longer. For stays of at least 3 months we can arrange a contract allowing you to apply for a NIE and residency.
Fees & Deposit
A one-time fee of 65 € (room) / 95 € (apartment) is charged for cleaning, keydrop and administration (including contract preparation).
Please note: A deposit of three months’ rent is required for contracts of four months or longer and must be paid at the time of signing. It will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided everything is returned in proper condition. For shorter stays, the deposit is reduced proportionally.

Fees & Deposit
A one-time fee of 45 € (room) / 75 € (apartment) for cleaning, key handover, and administration (including contract preparation) is charged for short-term stays.
